Quotes
- Every job gets a fixed price in writing before we start. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.
- The quote covers the work it describes, based on what you told us and any photos you sent.
- If we find something on the day that changes the job, like a much bigger area or damage that wasn't visible in the photos, we tell you before doing anything extra. You decide, and nothing is added without your OK.
Bookings and access
- We work 7 days, 7am to 7pm. We'll agree a day and time with you when you book.
- For most outside jobs you don't need to be home. Please leave side gates unlocked, make sure we can get to the areas being cleaned, and keep pets inside or away from where we're working.
- If you need to change or cancel a booking, let us know as early as you can.
Weather
Mowing wet grass tears it and leaves a mess, and some jobs like fertilising need the right weather. If the weather isn't right, we'll move your booking to the next suitable day that suits you, at no cost.
Payment
- For a standard home job there's nothing to pay up front. You pay once the job's done, by card or tap.
- Large or commercial jobs may be invoiced, with the payment terms written on the quote.
If something isn't right
Tell us within a few days of the job and we'll come back and look at it. If something we did isn't up to scratch, we'll put it right. We're covered by public liability insurance on every job.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including the guarantee that services are provided with due care and skill.
